Size

This hot chocolate is made using our award-winning Dominican bean to bar chocolate, shaved into perfectly formed flakes. It is rich in salted caramel tones and delicate nutty flavours – working very well with cows milk and alternatives. Vegan and organic!

Add 150ml of milk to a saucepan with 30g of chocolate. Mix with a whisk until all the chocolate is melted. Continue to heat until warmed through - make sure not to simmer or overheat. 

You can also make our hot chocolate in a Dualit milk frother. Our hot chocolate flakes work perfectly with the Hotel Chocolat velvetiser.

Ingredients: Cocoa beans, raw unrefined cane sugar*, cocoa butter*, Maldon sea salt. *organic.

    Best hot chocolate!

    I've ben drinking hot chocolate since I can remember. I've had hot chocolate around the world: Mexico, Thailand, USA, Australia, India, Switzerland, Italy, France, and many other countries. But this 68% is one of the best I've ever tasted. It reminds me of winter nights on the mountain slopes, of the rich warmth of a log fire. It has a range of depth that is hard to beat, with unique notes and a smooth texture. A fine hot chocolate, which may well be the best I've ever tasted.

    Great to support a small business. The flavour of the drinking chocolate was different than any I have tried from elsewhere . I love the flavour and strength . It froths up very well in a Velvetiser. It comes with a sweet personal card . I have now bought my second pack . First time I had a long wait for delivery thanks to the publicity from Rick Stein. The second pack arrived quickly. I hear that they are opening a shop which I would love to see.
